10 York Road  is at the center of London's urban Waterloo neighborhood. At 290,000 rentable square feet, 10 York Road is WeWork’s largest location in the world at 15 floors and 6,000 member desks.

Prioritizing the User Experience was the critical objective for this location. With its scale, the design strategy needed to ensure people could efficiently move throughout the building and be encouraged to do so by a myriad of different communal offerings throughout the space.

Challenging the typically formal business area, a half-pipe was designed into the ground floor of this building. A one of a kind feature that drew in local foot traffic to experience a WeWork welcome.
